​I recently had a meal at Pans on Fire and was genuinely impressed with the authentic flavors. The food was delicious, and the Newari Naglo Set was a definite highlight—a fantastic variety of traditional dishes that offered a true taste of Nepal. It's an absolute must-try. ​However, I must mention a few significant concerns. The level of hygiene was a notable issue, which made me quite uncomfortable during the visit. This is a major area that needs to be addressed. Additionally, the atmosphere felt a little off for bringing children; it's probably not the most kid-friendly environment. While the food is excellent, the issues with cleanliness and family-friendliness are notable drawbacks.

From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for an exceptional evening. We began with the Masala Tea and Lemon Tea, both brewed to perfection. The Masala Tea offered a rich blend of spices that was both comforting and invigorating, while the Lemon Tea provided a refreshing citrusy note, cleansing the palate for the feast ahead. The Chicken Chili was a standout appetizer, delivering a perfect balance of heat and flavor. The chicken was tender, and the spices were robust without being overwhelming. Following that, the Chicken Chopsy impressed us with its crispy texture and savory taste, showcasing the chef's expertise in blending traditional flavors with a modern twist. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Momo Sizzler and Steam Momo. The sizzler arrived at our table with an enticing aroma and a sizzling presentation that heightened our anticipation. Each momo was filled with succulent meat and seasoned with authentic Nepalese spices, offering a burst of flavor in every bite. The Steam Momo, on the other hand, were delicate and light, yet equally flavorful, demonstrating the restaurant's mastery in preparing this traditional dish. Throughout our meal, the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to provide recommendations added a personal touch that enhanced our evening. Pans on Fire not only delivers on taste but also offers a genuine glimpse into Nepalese hospitality and culinary tradition. For anyone seeking an authentic and memorable dining experience in Werribee, this restaurant is a must-visit. We left with satisfied appetites and a newfound appreciation for Nepalese cuisine.

Pans on fire has authentic nepali taste and the food was so delicious. The serving time was also fast. And last but not the least the place was aesthetic and clean.

The food is very nice I especially liked the buffalo fried rice. The goat curry very tasty, daal is very satisfying. Staff welcoming polite I would have dinner there again!
